ISP organizes panels and roundtables at ISA 2015

The ISP network organizes panels and rountables on institutional change in conflict societies and post-war elites at ISA 2015

We are excited to announce that the ISP network will be organizing two panels and a presidential roundtable at the upcoming Annual Conference of the International Studies Association in February 2015 in New Orleans.

The panels are:

  • Building peace in the shadow of war: Dynamics of institutional change in conflict societies
    Chair: Sabine Kurtenbach, GIGA German Institute of Global and Area Studies
    Discussant: Joakim Kreutz, Swedish Institute for International Affairs (UI) & Department of Peace and Conflict Research, Uppsala University

  • Elites and non-Elites in War-to-Peace Transitions: Behaviour and Interests
    Chair: Stefan Wolff, University Birmingham
    Discussant: Gerald Schneider, University of Konstanz

The presidential roundtable will be on the topic: „Institutional Change in Conflict Societies“. The roundtable will be chaired by Nadine Ansorg (GIGA) and participants are:
